(hong kong, october 12, 2017) china overseas hongyang group co., ltd. (the "company"; stock code: 0081.hk) announced that the company and its subsidiaries (the "group") realized the realization in september 2017 contracted sales of hk$3.032 billion and contracted sales area of 280,200 square meters.

as of the end of september 2017, the accumulated unsigned subscription amount was hk$700 million and the unsigned subscribed area was 49,200 square meters.

in september 2017, the group had no new land reserves.
